The board and volunteers of St. Francisville Beautiful actively participate in planting and installation of town beds, hanging baskets, and location and design of town beds and tree plantings. Below are a few examples of the projects affiliated with our board.
Poinsettia Sales Fundraiser
Winter 2023
An annual fundraiser of St. Francisville Beautiful, selling over 500 poinsettias. All proceeds support the mission of St. Francisville Beautiful.
Hanging Baskets and Planters
Planted Spring and Fall
Bi-annual plantings designed and organized by the board and volunteers of St. Francisville Beautiful to reflect the colors of the season.
Event & Town Signage
Identify, assist, and implement event and street signage that provide an aesthetically pleasing experience.
Town Beds at Commerce St. and Ferdinand St.
Bi-annual seasonal plantings that enhance our hanging baskets.
Christmas Spirits Fundraiser
Winter 2023
The illumination of St. Francisville's Historic District with 3000 luminaries. Tickets are sold for the Christmas Spirit stops at historic homes, while including free family friendly stops, such as caroling, hot chocolate, and live music.
Tree Plantings
Annual Planting of Trees
Maintaining and expanding our historic canopy for future generations by annual plantings of trees that also support wildlife habitats, air quality, and our greenspace for generations.
Royal St. and Prosperity St. Parking Lot Project
A parking lot project designed to soften the edges of an urban landscape.
